Consider the entire customer journey when shaping a brand promise.
The customer journey
A signed real estate contract begins a journey. Buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title professionals still have work to do before ownership changes hands. Questions must be resolved, documents prepared, funds coordinated, and everyone brought to the table.
1998 / The account
In 1998, Stewart Title Guaranty selected Goswick Advertising for its advertising account. At the time, Stewart provided title insurance and other real estate services through 3,900 offices across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and other international markets.
That scale made one moment especially consequential: the closing event.

The closing experience
For the buyer, closing is when a commitment becomes a place to call their own. For the seller, it marks the completion of a major transaction. The experience between contract and closing can shape how both remember it.

The lesson for the future
Don’t stop thinking about the customer when the contract is signed. Guide the entire journey—and make the transfer of ownership worthy of the promise that started it.
